As an IT Customer Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing cloud-based environments for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing expert 2nd-level support, conducting structured troubleshooting for complex incidents, and ensuring the stability of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services. Beyond reactive support, you will be instrumental in building a robust knowledge base, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and refining support processes to enhance overall service quality. Required Skills

Education
