Job Summary
As an IT Operations Engineer at TKD, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, monitoring, and evolving our cloud and hybrid IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring the stability and security of IT services, managing identity and access (Entra ID), automating operational processes via PowerShell, and providing expert support for complex technical issues. You will also contribute to IT security initiatives, such as ISO 27001 compliance, and coordinate with external service providers on various projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or Cloud Engineering
- Experience managing hybrid IT environments (Cloud & On-Premise)
- Experience with IT Service Management processes, ideally ITIL
- Experience in IT security best practices
