Job Summary

This role is for an SAP Inhouse Consultant specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) at a global leader in water treatment and fluid dosing technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive support and ongoing development of SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, PY, PT, and ESS/MSS (Fiori), alongside managing customizing and authorization concepts. Key responsibilities involve driving HR digitalization projects, coordinating with internal teams and external service providers, and analyzing HR requirements for technical and process implementation. The position also includes 2nd-level support, user training, and managing interfaces to adjacent systems.
