Job Summary
The Landesuntersuchungsamt (LUA) in Rhineland-Palatinate is seeking an Information Security and AI Strategy Specialist to join their Lab Data and Technology Management department in Koblenz. In this pivotal role, you will hold overall responsibility for the organization's information security, serving as the Information Security Officer (ISB) by planning and coordinating the ISMS according to BSI IT-Grundschutz standards. You will also lead the development and implementation of an AI strategy, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks like the EU AI Act while guiding departments on AI use cases. The position requires a proactive professional who can translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership. You will play a key role in risk analysis, incident management, and staff training. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT-related qualification.

- Professional experience in information security management (ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz)
- Professional experience in database management and administration
- Professional experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration
