Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Renewable Energy at SEAR, you will lead complex projects within the electrical engineering sector, focusing on decentralized energy generation and storage solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the comprehensive planning, steering, and controlling of projects, ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, budget, and safety standards. You will manage project finances, including revenue and liquidity planning, alongside commercial controlling. A key part of your role involves contract and claims management, as well as coordinating external suppliers and service providers. You will also be responsible for team leadership, including the disposition and professional development of team members, while maintaining strong client relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity to act as a system integrator for intelligent grids and combined power plants, working at the forefront of energy transition technologies like Power-to-Heat and energy storage systems.
