Job Summary
As a Field IT Support Technician at EDEKA, you will play a vital role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for approximately 700 retail locations, as well as central administration and logistics sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, documentation, and maintenance of IT systems, along with troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software components. You will provide high-quality, customer-oriented support and participate in the field service team's on-call rotation. The role requires a strong technical aptitude, logical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently across the Northern Bavaria, Saxony, and Thuringia regions.
