Job Summary
As a Construction Manager for Fiber Optic House Connections, you will oversee the full lifecycle of fiber infrastructure projects, from civil engineering to final installation within residential properties (NE3/NE4). Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and supervising external contractors, managing project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, and ensuring contractual compliance. You will also handle on-site inspections, project documentation, and the processing of tenders and billing. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in electrical or telecommunications engineering, combined with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience in civil engineering and fiber optic network expansion (specifically NE3 and NE4 in residential areas)
- Experience in project documentation, billing, and quality control

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position is limited to the duration of the fiber expansion project (until 2030).
