As a System and Process Manager at NeoPrivatbank, you will serve as the primary point of contact for staff regarding banking processes and systems, specifically focusing on the Atruvia landscape. Your daily responsibilities include training new employees, optimizing existing workflows to boost efficiency and quality, and managing release screenings. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring system-compliant customer processing and developing best-practice guidelines to reduce manual tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys translating complex banking requirements into actionable system improvements. Required Skills
Education
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, or a completed vocational training with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a banking service or sales environment
- Professional experience with Atruvia systems is highly preferred
- Professional experience in process analysis and optimization
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions
