Job Summary
The Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Thüringen is seeking a pragmatic and hands-on IT Project Manager to drive internal digitalization projects from conception to implementation. In this role, you will act as the central interface between various departments, executive management, and external service providers. Your daily responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing business requirements, developing project roadmaps, managing resources, budgets, and timelines, and ensuring rigorous adherence to IT security standards and GDPR regulations. The ideal candidate possesses a structured approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to navigate complex organizational environments. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT project management
- Experience in the public sector is considered an advantage
- Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and external service providers

- Work permit for Germany required. The position is limited to 2 years with the possibility of permanent employment.
