Job Summary
As an ABAS Software and Application Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous operational efficiency and effective utilization of our ERP system. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing master data, coordinating software updates, and overseeing the implementation of new features and processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for software-related requirements, acting as a liaison between users and the central software department. Additionally, you will provide first-level support, conduct training for key users, and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure operational standards are met. Required Skills
Education
Relevant university degree or completed vocational training.
Experience
- Professional experience in working with ERP systems, ideally with ABAS.
- Proven experience in project coordination for requirement implementation.
- Experience in documenting business processes and creating work instructions.
