Job Summary
In this role, you will serve as a key member of the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team, focusing on complex 2nd and 3rd level support for network and security infrastructures. You will be responsible for remotely analyzing and resolving incidents, conducting root cause analysis in lab environments, and ensuring high-quality documentation for clients. The position requires a proactive, analytical mindset and the ability to maintain composure during critical system outages. You will collaborate directly with major technology vendors like Juniper, Arista, Cisco, and Fortinet. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or Digital Networking), a technical degree, or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in a Service Provider, Data Center, or System Integrator environment.
- Proven experience in providing technical support for complex network and security infrastructures.
- Experience in remote incident analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience in documenting technical cases and infrastructure configurations.
