Job Summary
As an ERP Application Manager at this leading organic food manufacturer, you will serve as the primary contact for production and administrative departments regarding all ERP-related matters. You will actively drive the digitalization and automation of business processes, develop solution proposals, and oversee the implementation of key projects. Acting as an internal consultant, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and the existing system landscape, ensuring efficient integration. A significant part of your role involves supporting and training staff on new software solutions, including AI-supported tools, as well as managing interfaces between the ERP system and external partners. You will also be responsible for thorough process documentation. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable IT/commercial qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in an ERP environment (experience with Infor M3 is considered a plus)
- Professional experience in a comparable position is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT-business integration projects
- Experience in documenting business processes and training end-users
