As a Civil Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all civil construction activities, particularly during HVDC outages in the energy technology sector. Your day-to-day will involve managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with technical and contractual specifications, and meticulously tracking construction progress, schedules, and costs. You'll proactively identify risks and opportunities, contribute to change order management, and maintain robust HSE standards. This role requires a strong technical background in civil engineering, significant professional experience in turn-key or EPC projects, and excellent communication skills to build trusted client relationships.
