Job Summary
As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of renewable energy assets, including photovoltaic and wind energy plants, with future expansion into large-scale battery storage systems. Your day-to-day work involves monitoring and analyzing operational data, performing regular site inspections, and drafting detailed maintenance reports. You will play a key role in commissioning, troubleshooting, and coordinating external service providers to ensure all maintenance and testing schedules are met. Required Skills
Education
Completed advanced training as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical or renewable energy systems
- Experience in performing switching operations within low and medium voltage environments
- Experience in coordinating and supervising external contractors
- Experience in inspection reporting and technical documentation

- Must possess a valid Class B driver's license. Must demonstrate physical fitness for working at heights (G41 medical clearance required). Must comply with occupational safety and environmental protection standards.
