Job Summary
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing laboratory systems, specifically Labware 6, for a client in the pharmaceutical industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include configuring and developing system releases, conducting validation and testing, and gathering business requirements to create detailed specifications. You will act as the primary technical contact for the laboratory team in Göttingen, providing on-site support for equipment integration when necessary, while otherwise benefiting from a full home-office arrangement. A key aspect of this role is managing system deviations and ensuring comprehensive documentation updates. Participation in an on-call rotation for the Labware system is required. This position is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in Labware systems who thrives in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a laboratory setting or a university degree in a relevant field.
Experience
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and testing processes
- Mandatory experience with Labware systems
- Experience in system configuration, validation, and release management

- Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation. Ability to travel to Göttingen for on-site support as needed. Labware Admin certification is considered an advantage.
