Job Summary
As a Service Engineer / Support Technician at DOLI Elektronik (part of the ZwickRoell Group), you will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical challenges for our clients. Your day-to-day work involves analyzing customer inquiries via phone, remote access, and on-site visits, specifically focusing on the installation and troubleshooting of electronics in material and quality testing applications. You will independently develop and implement solutions, create circuit diagrams and layouts for measurement and control systems, and manage the integration and commissioning of these systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment with flat hierarchies. You will work closely with international clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality, customer-oriented project delivery. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a completed technical vocational training in these fields.
Experience
- Professional experience in service operations for customer projects in measurement and control technology
- Experience in machinery commissioning or fault finding
- Experience in remote analysis of measurement and control systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex technical problem-solving processes
