Job Summary

As an IT System Administrator / Systems Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and maintaining modern IT infrastructures for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve a diverse range of tasks, including the administration of Windows servers, Microsoft 365 environments, and Exchange systems. You will manage network infrastructure, firewalls, WLAN, and backup solutions, while providing critical technical support through both remote assistance and on-site visits. Beyond maintenance, you will actively participate in system migrations and IT projects, ensuring that all customer environments are properly documented. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a client-facing role where you will act as a primary technical contact, fostering strong professional relationships. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT systems administration and infrastructure support
  • Experience in managing Windows-based server environments and client workstations
  • Practical experience in network configuration, including firewalls and WLAN solutions
  • Experience in supporting and migrating Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments
  • Experience in providing technical support via remote tools and direct on-site customer interaction
