Job Summary
As a Hardware Engineer focusing on electronics and control systems, you will play a pivotal role in designing custom electronic solutions from the initial concept phase through to series production. Your day-to-day responsibilities include selecting components, developing system concepts, creating circuit diagrams at both system and module levels, and designing PCB layouts. You will ensure that all designs meet rigorous EMC and electrical safety standards while maintaining clear technical documentation for production and quality assurance. A key aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with clients and external partners to translate technical requirements into actionable engineering solutions. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field (Bachelor of Engineering, Diploma, or equivalent). Alternatively, a State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering or Electronics with relevant practical experience.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in hardware development.
- Proven experience in independently developing and documenting electronic circuits.
- Experience in circuit simulation and analysis prior to physical prototyping.
- Professional experience in bridging the gap between design and industrial-scale production.
