Job Summary

As a Coordinator for Training and Knowledge Management within the Primary Technology department at Stromnetz Berlin, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of Berlin's 110-kV high-voltage switchgear infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring new and existing staff, developing and maintaining a technical knowledge database, and organizing internal training programs. You will create essential learning materials, work instructions, and maintenance protocols to facilitate effective knowledge transfer. This position is unique as it bridges the gap between technical maintenance and human resource development, directly contributing to the 24/7 reliability of Berlin's power grid. We are looking for a professional with a technical background who possesses the pedagogical skills to foster team growth and the structural mindset to manage complex technical documentation. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman (or willingness to obtain this certification while working).

Experience

  • Professional experience in a technical environment
  • Experience in knowledge sharing or mentoring is highly desirable
  • Experience in high-voltage switchgear and power networks is an advantage

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license. AdA-Schein (Trainer certification) is considered a plus but is not mandatory. Must be willing to work in Berlin-Tempelhof.
