Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Biological Technical Assistant to join our microbiology team for a one-year fixed-term position. In this role, you will perform routine quantitative and qualitative microbiological analyses on food, feed, and water samples, including testing for pathogens, spoilage organisms, and Legionella. Your daily responsibilities will span the entire analytical process, from sample weighing and preparation to evaluation and documentation within our LIMS. Additionally, you will utilize advanced molecular techniques, including Real-time PCR for DNA extraction and GVO detection, as well as ELISA methods for allergen determination. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who values high quality and works precisely according to established SOPs.
