As the Head of Facility and Operations Management at Klinikum Landsberg am Lech, you will lead the technical operations department, overseeing the maintenance and development of building systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing technical facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards, and acting as the primary liaison for architects and engineers during construction and renovation projects. You will also coordinate external contractors and support the procurement of technical equipment. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong technical background in building services or hospital engineering who excels at organizational leadership. You will work with a team of eight colleagues, managing a diverse environment that includes a hospital, medical centers, and specialized therapy facilities. Required Skills
Education
State-certified technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker), Master craftsman in plumbing/heating/AC (SHK Meister), or a degree in Hospital Operations Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or Supply Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility is preferred
- Professional experience in a hospital environment is highly desirable
- Experience in managing technical building systems and facility operations

- Fire protection certification/Fire safety officer (Brandschutzbeauftragter) required. Must be authorized to work in Germany.
