In this administrative and compliance-focused position, you will be responsible for managing radiation protection certifications, organizing mandatory training sessions for staff, and overseeing the dosimetry process in collaboration with external partners like Mirion Technologies. You will serve as a key point of contact for regulatory authorities such as the Federal Office for Radiation Protection and the regional government. Additionally, you will handle data entry for specialized quality registers, including the Carotis Register, and support the radiology archive team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in medical or commercial administration who possesses strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of radiological safety and quality assurance within a major medical center.

Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial, medical, or comparable vocational training.

Experience

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial, medical, or related field
  • Professional experience in administrative or medical support roles
  • Experience with quality assurance or regulatory compliance processes is highly relevant
  • Proven ability to manage organizational workflows and communication with external authorities
