This role is for a highly organized and communicative Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of Victor's Group, a diverse family-owned enterprise. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing administrative tasks for senior living communities, HR marketing, and training departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include meticulous calendar management, email prioritization, meeting preparation and follow-up, travel planning, and data analysis for presentations. Required Skills

Education
