Job Summary
This role is for a highly organized and communicative Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of Victor's Group, a diverse family-owned enterprise. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing administrative tasks for senior living communities, HR marketing, and training departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include meticulous calendar management, email prioritization, meeting preparation and follow-up, travel planning, and data analysis for presentations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach, thriving in a fast-paced, in-office environment in Munich-Schwabing. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Administration, Nursing Management, Health Management, Human Resources, Law, Legal Assistant, Office Administrator, or comparable fields.

- Experience with prioritizing and structuring tasks
- Experience in coordinating and monitoring appointments
