Job Summary

As an Aircraft Records Inspector at Airbus in Donauwörth, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of helicopter lifecycle records. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and creating comprehensive helicopter logbooks, documenting maintenance activities, and processing equipment installations and removals. You will support production workflows by addressing quality issues, preventing foreign object damage, and assisting certifying staff to ensure seamless flight operations. You must ensure full compliance with aviation regulations, including Service Bulletins (SB), Alert Service Bulletins (ASB), and Airworthiness Directives (AD). This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in aviation maintenance or administration who thrives in a highly regulated environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial vocational training or certification as an Aircraft Mechanic or Aircraft Electronics Technician, with additional qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker).

Experience

  • Long-term professional experience in records management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry
  • Experience in maintaining log cards and technical documentation for aircraft
