Job Summary
As a Product Development and Optimization Specialist at Privatmolkerei Bechtel, you will play a pivotal role in the innovation and refinement of dairy products. Your daily responsibilities include conducting experiments across laboratory, pilot, and production scales, developing new product formulations, and optimizing existing processes. You will be responsible for managing product recipes and ensuring compliance by contributing to HACCP documentation and product specifications. The role requires you to organize and evaluate product presentations, actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and document all testing results. Required Skills
Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology (ideally with a focus on milk processing/dairy technology) OR vocational qualification as a Master Craftsman/Technician in the dairy field.
Experience
- Professional experience in food technology or dairy science, preferably with a focus on milk processing
- Professional experience in a dairy-related profession such as dairy technologist or laboratory technician
- Experience in conducting experiments and process optimization in a production environment
