Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering Entra ID and Microsoft Intune, managing Microsoft 365 rollouts, and providing expert 2nd and 3rd-level support to resolve complex technical issues. You will act as a consultant for clients, ensuring the stability and performance of their systems while documenting processes and contributing to various IT projects.
