As a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA) in Process Development at AveThera GmbH, you will play a critical role in the advancement of biopharmaceutical products, specifically focusing on proteins and antibodies. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve executing process development tasks, including cell culture cultivation and downstream processing such as chromatography and ultrafiltration. You will be responsible for scaling up these processes to production levels while strictly adhering to GMP guidelines and internal SOPs. Additionally, you will conduct analytical testing using methods like HPLC, ELISA, and SDS-PAGE, and ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
