Job Summary
As a Technical Site Supervisor for Electrical and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) engineering, you will play a critical role in managing CAPEX projects during the construction and commissioning phases. You will act as the primary interface between site engineering, external planning firms, and internal stakeholders to ensure that production expansion projects are delivered on time and to standard. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing electrical installations, ensuring strict adherence to GMP and EHS regulations, managing technical and commercial documentation, and handling invoice and change order reviews. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a regulated industrial environment, such as pharmaceuticals or chemical manufacturing. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between design and operational handover, ensuring that all electrical systems meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements while contributing to the company's global vision of innovative healthcare.
Required Skills
Education
University degree, or certified Technician/Master Craftsman qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- Several years of experience in managing electrical engineering projects
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, chemical, or food industry is preferred
- Experience in regulatory environments and GMP compliance
