In this role, you will serve as an instructor for adult learners (aged 18+) in the field of plant and industrial engineering. Your daily responsibilities include teaching both theoretical and practical technical knowledge, fostering social competencies, and guiding participants toward successfully passing their final apprenticeship exams. You will be responsible for planning and monitoring the learning progress of your group, which consists of up to 13 individuals. Collaboration with the broader training and education team is essential to ensure a high-quality learning environment. Required Skills
