Job Summary
This role involves managing municipal infrastructure, including roads, sidewalks, bicycle paths, and public spaces. As a Civil Engineer, you will oversee construction projects in civil engineering, road construction, and hydraulic engineering, covering the entire lifecycle from preparation and tendering to on-site supervision. You will collaborate closely with external planning offices, manage GIS-based cadastral systems, and handle contractual and billing processes, including the calculation of water and sewage connection fees. The position requires a high degree of independence, organizational talent, and strong communication skills to interact effectively with contractors and municipal stakeholders.
