As a System Administrator, you will play a vital role in a growing IT consulting firm, providing high-level 2nd and 3rd level support for various clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the installation, configuration, and administration of servers, networks, and workstations, as well as monitoring system performance and availability. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, troubleshooting technical issues, managing software updates, and performing backups. Additionally, you will maintain internal IT infrastructure and document processes.
