As an HR Processes & Digitalization Specialist at KNDS Deutschland, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing HR operations within a leading European defense systems company. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR compliance for internal and external audits (ISO, LKSG, ESG), overseeing risk management, and driving the digital transformation of HR processes from 'Hire-to-Retire'. You will lead and support cross-functional projects, develop HR standards, and collaborate closely with stakeholders and employee representatives to foster efficiency and process compliance.
