Job Summary

As the Head of Maintenance, you will take full responsibility for the technical integrity and availability of production and operational facilities. Your day-to-day work involves planning and overseeing maintenance, inspection, and repair activities, while driving the optimization of machines and technical processes. You will lead the maintenance team, manage external service providers, and oversee the maintenance budget, including spare parts management and investment planning. A key component of this role is project management, where you will lead technical upgrades, modernizations, and automation initiatives. Furthermore, you will ensure strict compliance with occupational safety, quality standards, and environmental regulations, while preparing for and participating in audits.
