Job Summary

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to the Clinic Management team at the Alpenhof rehabilitation clinic in Chieming. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating administrative processes across departments such as HR, financial accounting, patient services, and quality management. You will act as a key point of contact for organizational inquiries, contribute to internal projects, and play an active role in optimizing administrative workflows and quality standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You will work within a dedicated team of 11 administrative staff and support a total workforce of 130 employees. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a scenic location at Lake Chiemsee while contributing to the health and well-being of families in a stable, nationwide clinic network.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the social/healthcare sector or office management.

Experience

  • Professional experience in an administrative role is required.
  • Experience in the healthcare or social services sector is preferred.
  • Experience with quality management systems is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software such as DATEV or applicant management systems is expected.
