As a Hospital Manager in our junior leadership program, you will embark on a structured path toward becoming a Commercial Hospital Director. This role offers comprehensive, cross-departmental insights into both operative and strategic hospital management. Day-to-day, you will independently handle economic planning, prepare and participate in budget negotiations, and manage key performance indicators for annual financial statements. You will draft cooperation contracts, lead management meetings, and oversee specific clinical departments, including medical technology and facility maintenance. Furthermore, you will be responsible for mentoring staff and conducting performance reviews.
