Job Summary

As an Expert in Business Integration, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of the German Armed Forces. Your daily responsibilities involve conceptualizing, planning, and managing complex integration services for hardware and software systems, specifically focusing on military platforms, interfaces, and transmission technologies. You will act as a bridge between customer requirements and technical implementation, advising stakeholders on the integration of new solutions into existing processes. This role requires translating high-level needs into technical specifications and facilitating workshops with partners and military clients. You will work within the Customer Solution (Land & Air) division, contributing to one of the most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. The position is unique due to its high level of societal responsibility and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge digitalization projects that directly enhance national security. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Must hold at least one professional certification such as ITIL, IPMA, or Scrum Master.

Experience

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT management, IT consulting, or a comparable field with a focus on product development, conceptualization, or technical integration.
Proven experience in planning and executing complex technical integration solutions.
Demonstrated experience working within interdisciplinary project teams, preferably within the public sector.
Experience with military platforms and systems is considered a significant advantage.
