Job Summary
As a laboratory professional at Labor Dr. Fenner und Kollegen, you will play a vital role in our diagnostic processes in the heart of Hamburg. Your day-to-day responsibilities include sample preparation, performing instrumental analytics using HPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and ICP-MS, as well as conducting quality controls and maintenance. You will also be responsible for the technical release of findings and the creation of SOPs. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a background as an MTLA, MFA, BTA, CTA, or a relevant science degree. Success in this role requires a conscientious, structured, and independent working style, combined with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as MTLA, MFA, BTA, CTA, Biologielaborant, or a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Biology, Biotechnology, or related natural sciences with an analytical focus.
Experience
- Professional experience in laboratory diagnostics or instrumental analysis
- Experience in performing manual sample preparation and automated processing
- Experience with quality control protocols and laboratory maintenance

Additional
- Must hold state-recognized certification (for MTLA/BTA/CTA/etc.) or equivalent academic qualification. Must be willing to work rotating shifts (early, middle, and late shifts). Location: Hamburg, Germany. Valid work permit for Germany required.
