As a Systems Engineer at ITSC, you will play a vital role in shaping the digital future of the healthcare sector. Based in Hanover, you will join a specialized IT service team focused on Virtual Desktop Infrastructures (VDI). Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and building complex Citrix and terminal server environments, while ensuring the continuous optimization and development of physical and virtual infrastructure. You will act as a technical advisor to healthcare clients, automate operational processes, and provide 2nd-level support to resolve complex issues. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the design, operation, and optimization of complex Citrix and terminal server environments.
- Practical experience in IT infrastructure automation, specifically using PowerShell.
- Experience in providing technical consulting and 2nd-level support services.
- Experience working within Windows Server and virtualization environments (Hyper-V).
