Job Summary

The Paul-Ehrlich-Institut is seeking Biological Technical Assistants to join their Infectious Diseases and EU Reference Laboratory departments. In this role, you will perform critical laboratory work related to the batch testing of human vaccines and in-vitro diagnostics, such as blood grouping test systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting experimental testing using immunological, biochemical, and molecular biological methods, ensuring high-quality documentation in compliance with quality management (QM) standards, and participating in the development and optimization of testing procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, managing reference materials, and handling digital documentation systems.
