Job Summary
As the Deputy Power Plant Manager at Kreiswerke Barnim, you will play a pivotal role in the operational success of the Eberswalde biomass power plant. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing personnel scheduling, overseeing health, safety, and environmental compliance, and monitoring complex power plant processes. You will be responsible for the technical planning and supervision of maintenance and repair activities, as well as managing spare parts procurement and external contractors. This role requires a strong technical background in power plant operations or electrical engineering, combined with leadership capabilities to effectively guide teams and deputize for the Plant Manager. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Power Plant Operator (Kraftwerker) or technical vocational training with further qualification as a Master Electrician (Elektrikermeister), or qualified Electrician with switching authorization.
