In this leadership role, you will be responsible for building, developing, and leading the Photovoltaics and Energy Storage business unit. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and proposal creation to successful implementation. A key part of your day-to-day work involves managing and mentoring your team, optimizing operational processes, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. You will work closely with the management team to drive growth in the renewable energy sector. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a hands-on mentality who wants to shape a business area within a stable, family-owned company. Required Skills
Education
Master craftsman (Meister), technician (Techniker), or university degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of photovoltaics, heat pumps, or energy systems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience or clear ambition and aptitude to lead and develop teams.
- Experience in project planning, proposal preparation, and operational implementation within the energy sector.
