Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist at ITSM GmbH, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing the IT helpdesk and ensuring prompt technical assistance. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring system alerts, installing and configuring client hardware and peripherals, and providing technical support both remotely and on-site. You will work closely with the second-level support team to resolve complex issues within Microsoft-based environments, including Windows Server, client infrastructure, and network security.
