Job Summary

The Digital Transformation Specialist will play a pivotal role in the Office for Information Technology and Digitalization, driving the digital future of the organization. You will manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, acting as a central interface between internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders. Your daily responsibilities include project planning, resource and budget management, process documentation and optimization, and change management activities such as rollout training and user feedback integration. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating resistance to change to ensure smooth project adoption. This position is ideal for someone with a background in business informatics or administration who thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment. You will be supported by a dedicated team of IT professionals while helping to shape efficient, automated processes across the organization. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Public Administration.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project and change management, ideally within the context of digital transformation
