Job Summary

As a Marketing Manager at Numaferm, you will take full ownership of the company's digital marketing ecosystem, driving strategy and execution to position the firm globally within the biotech and CDMO sectors. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the website, optimizing SEO/SEA, executing performance marketing campaigns, and implementing marketing automation to nurture leads. You will bridge the gap between complex scientific capabilities and commercial goals by creating high-quality content and analyzing funnel performance. This role is ideal for a digitally driven professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to build a data-driven marketing function from the ground up. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital B2B marketing, ideally within biotech, pharma, or related service environments.
  • Proven track record in performance marketing, SEO/SEA, and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools, platforms, and CRM systems.
