Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software support at client locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client hardware, peripherals, smartphones, and tablets. You will troubleshoot technical issues within Windows and Microsoft Office environments, manage support tickets, and ensure proper documentation of all activities. When complex issues arise, you will assess the nature of the request and escalate it to the appropriate specialized departments. This role requires a proactive approach to onsite support and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Candidates should possess a technical background, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel. Required Skills

Education
