Job Summary

As an Operations Manager for Shell Recharge, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of E-Mobility in Germany. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end commissioning process for EV charging points, managing operational performance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will act as the central point of contact for the German market, managing KPIs, reporting, and process improvements. Furthermore, you will lead the Level 2 support team, coordinate Level 3 escalations, and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
