Job Summary

As an Operations Manager for Shell Recharge, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of E-Mobility in Germany. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end commissioning process for EV charging points, managing operational performance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will act as the central point of contact for the German market, managing KPIs, reporting, and process improvements. Furthermore, you will lead the Level 2 support team, coordinate Level 3 escalations, and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical and business expertise, with a strong background in managing technical infrastructure operations. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical/business field.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in operations, facility management, or project management within technical infrastructure environments
  • Experience in the E-Mobility, energy, or fuel station sector is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in technical project management, specifically regarding rollout, commissioning, or the operation of complex systems
  • Experience in collaborating with external service providers, OEMs, and partners
