As a Laboratory Technician based in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, you will play a critical role in the quality assurance and development processes for a manufacturer of cleaning, care, and hygiene products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting laboratory analyses on raw materials, intermediate mixtures, and finished products, as well as preparing chemical formulations for development projects. You will be responsible for documenting results and supporting the management of complaints within the company's quality management system. This role requires a meticulous approach and the ability to work in a 3-shift system. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Laboratory Technician (or equivalent qualification such as Chemical Technician/Chemikant with relevant experience).
Experience
- Professional experience as a Laboratory Technician or in a relevant chemical production role
- Experience with in-process control and quality assurance procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage laboratory documentation

- Must be willing to work in a 3-shift, 5-day rotation. Physical resilience is required for working in a chemical production environment. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
