Required Skills

Advanced Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.

Experience

  • Professional experience in pharmaceutical or clinical packaging operations
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Proven track record in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements
  • Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated environments
  • Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies
