Job Summary
The Chemnitz District Court is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their IT department. In this permanent, full-time or part-time role, you will play a key part in the digital transformation of the judiciary. Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering specialized judicial software, managing hardware and software assets, and providing technical support to staff. You will handle incident management, prepare IT procurement requests, manage user accounts and permissions, and conduct staff training. The role requires a strong service orientation, as you will act as a bridge between technical systems and non-technical users. You will work closely with the central IT department of the Saxon Judiciary. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training (Berufsausbildung) as an IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration / Anwendungsentwicklung).
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system integration or application development
- Experience in managing Microsoft Windows-based environments
- Experience in providing technical support and user training
- Experience in creating statistical reports and database queries is considered an advantage
