Job Summary
The AWO Soziale Dienste Vorpommern gGmbH is seeking a Digitalization and IT Specialist to join their administrative office in Stralsund. In this role, you will be a key driver of digital transformation, responsible for analyzing and optimizing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation. Your day-to-day work will involve implementing new digital solutions, managing the procurement and setup of hardware and software, and acting as the primary interface between staff and external IT service providers. Additionally, you will provide essential IT support, including user management and troubleshooting, while training employees on new applications. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Demonstrated ability to work in a structured and analytical manner
- Experience in supporting and training users in digital applications
